I really liked this book! It's fun to read, because it has lots of cool stories and I learned a lot! Here a good quote from the book: "Continuing to learn and improve yourself is good advice for everyone. No matter where you are in your career, whether just starting out or well on your way, you are always a work in progress" :).

I thought this was a fairly readable and moderately useful instance of the "laundry list of good stuff to do" type of manual on leadership (with 54 "lessons learned" from Klaus's years as a corporate coach, organized into eight chapters). It's hard to get a "big picture" overview and there aren't any "wow" insights, but I did like that the individual lessons are very practical and implementable.
