I nice decent starting guide to discovering your chi, not as comprehensive as some available, but the illustrations were on par, and well done considering how difficult movement is to visualize with still pictures. Though I did get confused at times to certain movements that I felt should be easy. Overall a book to ease you into Tai Chi and Energy awareness.

Easy read - basic concepts are explained. Perhaps repeated too many times but as the book ended with an invitation to regaining one's true self and infinite potential - the rest remains on the shoulders of the seeking student.
