I get tired of Hal Jordan. As a result I enjoy reading more about the other 3,599 sectors of the universe and their protectors.

Reprints stories from GREEN LANTERN #168, 169, 171-173, 177, 179-183, 185, 187-190 and TALES OF THE GREEN LANTERN CORPS ANNUAL #1. The Green Lantern title, under the direction of editor Len Wein, devoted attention to exploring the non-human members of the corps during the 80s. This book collects a selection of some, but not all, of the various stories exploring the corps. A neat collection of Green Lantern Corps stories from the pre-Crisis era. Most of them are backup strips from the ongoing GL title, and none of them are bad, with standouts including early stories by Kurt Busiek and Alan Moore (the famous "Mogo Doesn't Socialize"). The final story is from the first Tales of the Green Lantern Corps Annual, an OK adventure teaming up several of the more notable non-Earth lanterns against a cosmic threat. All in all, a good read for fans of the Corps. (B+)

Seguramente puse este libro como to-read porque tiene las historias de Alan Moore, que ya me leí dentro de este otro libroo. Después chequeo bien el contenido de este, y ahí veo si me leo los números que faltan, si mejor lo quito de la lista de espera o qué.

I nearly knocked this down to 2 stars because it seems like some idiot editor left out 1/3-1/2 or more of the Green Magic story. At least there was part of the Green Magic story, and pretty good stories whit Ch'p and Mogo.

This second volume of short stories is entertaining enough, though nothing too suprising in terms of content. Its nice to see other GLs.

Very difficult to get through. Too many repetitives themes and most stories arent memorable. I liked the introduction of Mogo and chip.
