One of my favorite mystery writers. Love his series about the black cop and the Jewish film writer. This may be a stand-alone, a thriller about murders of Brady-bunch type actors and attempt by money + right-wing religious nuts to gain presidency.

I had read all of Mr. Handler's books.......so I thought.....then I discovered this stand alone novel - the best of all his books! Run, do not walk, to your library or independent bookstore to find this book!!!
