This book saved my life. Honestly it helped regain my focus after a bad breakup and look to future instead of living in the past. I moved on got a new life and became happier then I ever had been before.

I lent this book to a good friend of mine who was also coming out of a long term relationship. It helped her as well to clear her mind and move on to an awesome new guy instead of going back AGAIN to a dead end relationship.

I love the upbeat humourous approach the authour takes. It's exactly what you need at that point in your life. This book is all about moving on and really that's what you need to do. Even if you think that you can't do it this book will help you find out that it is possible.

A fun and smart book; the next best thing to still having Adams's blog.
