Very helpful resource, especially due to time spent exploring the reasons underlying the triggers for explosive behavior from the author and her son (both autistic).

The green/red signs felt like they should be flipped and opposite what they were for me. I understand why they were used the way they were in the book, but each time I had to consciously stop and mentally switch them in my head. Green was what NOT to do, which felt counterintuitive.

That issue aside, it was a very helpful book, short and readable but insightful in a lot of ways that I'll be thinking about for a while.
