As a financial counselor I find this book valuable, especially right now in our rocky financial situation as a nation and as individuals. It's a workbook so you will find pages to work out your money situation and how to improve your spending habits so you can begin to grow some back-up money. It become easy to protect your money from your own spending hands and you can become avid about it.

Not to bad. Tons of great templates to use, but you have to spend an extra $15 to download the Excel templates. I already made similar templates for my financial plans, but these will complement nicely.
