A collection of Christmas stories to warm your heart. Featuring....
The Christmas Angel. Zoe never thought she’d be grateful for a flat tyre. But when a handsome policeman pulled over to help her. Things changed. Constable Dylan Andrews was every Christmas wish come true. And when he offered to give her a private escort home. She knew she was in for one hell of a ride.
The Bonus. My name is Grace Porter, and I am the personal assistant to Gabriel Ferrara, CEO of Ferrara Media in New York. It’s the perfect job, great pay, beautiful office, everything I ever dreamed of, if not for one small detail. I am utterly and hopelessly in love with my boss.
Alaskan Jack When city girl Holly takes a business trip to Alaska, she was unprepared. Her assistant called in sick, she missed her flight, then had to drive for hours in the dead of night. Add to that, a storm, a car accident, and a grumpy saviour, Jack. When Holly is forced to spend the night in Jack’s log Cabin. She gets more than she bargained for.
Alaska, where the weather is wild, and so are the men.
Publishers Note.......This is a collection of short stories available for 28 days only.

"“What are you waiting for, life is now. Decide what you want and take it." I think this sentence sums up both stories in this book. I know, I'm on a Christmas book binge, but it feels right this year, so I'll keep it up until New Year's. This book contains three stories—the last one was included in last year's Christmas List, so if you got it last year (like I did) you will have read it already. I won't be mentioning it here.
I had great expectations for this, and maybe that's why it didn't quite work for me.
"Christmas makes me sad," he says softly. I frown, "Why?" "It reminds me of what I don’t have." Keeping this short, the first story didn't quite work for me. Although I enjoyed both characters, Dylan and Zoe, they were hot and then cold, there were some repetitions, typos, and formatting issues, and it felt rushed to me. There were also some plot points that didn't go anywhere and that didn't need to be there. I'm not a huge fan of bringing in the ex for added drama, and I think they could have plenty of drama if Dylan's story had been more explored. As it is, it felt like it was dropped there for added drama as well. Especially since this is a Christmas novella... It just would have made heaps more sense to me.
"To my Gracie, Forever yours, Gabriel xo" The second one... Gabriel Ferrara completely steals the show. I know this is meant to draw us in and for us to want to read his book, and it absolutely worked. It's not necessarily a Christmas story if I'm being honest, and it does end in a cliffhanger, but I have no regrets. Before you ask, I know I have a soft spot for the assholes, and Gabriel truly is one of those, but in true TL Swan way, I hope he's going to redeem himself, and that's just going to make it (and him!) even better. Grace... Well, I hope she grows a backbone, because she's going to need it. And that's all I'll say so I don't spoil anything for anyone.
It was an enjoyable read; I just needed more from it.
Three short holiday stories…I am assuming these are teasers for books coming out next year, or at the very least, for Gracie and Gabriel (GAG) I’ll explain the gagging later.
The Christmas Angel - 3⭐️ Zoe is leaving the gym one morning when she gets a flat tire. Very handsome and charming policeman Dylan stops to help her and then escorts her home. They see each other while our drinking with friends and share a kiss, and then a few days later he shows up at her house to ask her on a date, but ends up frisking her instead. I really liked it, but it was so rushed that it kinda fell flat.
The Bonus - 1⭐️ I am shocked at the number of people staning Grace and Gabriel. He is her boss, who constantly entertains lady friends and even has a stripper pole at his place so they can entertain him. Gracie is in love with him, despite him being a man whore and having NOT ONE redeeming trait. He’s a dick to his employees and treats Grace like an errand girl, sending her to buy gifts for his lady friends and to book his dates with them. Then he screws her and writes her off. Nope. Grace is a doormat and Gabriel is an asshole. Just gross.
Alaskan Jack - 4⭐️ This was my favorite. Holly works for Gabriel (he’s back. neat.) and is heading to Alaska to seal a deal for him. Holly’s assistant is sick, and all kinds of mixups happen, sending Holly to the wrong city and having to drive seven hours in bad weather. So of course she wrecks and is saved by Jack the (not really) lumberjack and he takes her to his cabin. They share a meal and some drinks and commiserate about her awful ex husband and his wife who passed. Mutual attraction meets forced proximity in a really touching and sweet quickie romance. Loved it! And I still say fuck Gabriel.
The Christmas Angel- 2.5⭐️ - Gag, Wanted to not read more after just the five pages. I’d skip this one. 🙄 Too cheesy.
The Bonus- 4.5⭐️ -yeah, I’m down for another asshole hero to be redeemed. Sign me up for this full length book ✅ One thing tho…masturbating with a computer mouse and ruler? 🤔😂
1 star for the first novella. The second novella has the surprise pregnancy trope, I wish I never read it. 1 star fo the third novella.
Honestly, I wish I saved myself the suffering of reading through this. It wasn’t worth the little time I put into it. It sounded cute but honestly was a waste of time.
I’m sorry Dylan?? Gabriel?? Umm big no for me. I rarely hate the MMC from what Tee written. But Jack you’re definitely alright. The first two MMC way too rude and selfish and I just can’t. But overall love the vibe and the different setting of this book.
First time I've been disappointed by a T.L. Swan Book
First story started good was so rushed by the end and ya I get it's a short story but the end was the only part that felt so off and rushed. Second story left me confused and angry didn't enjoy it. So I didn't even bother with the third.
Did I run and get this the minute I saw Tee say it was available absofuckinglutley soooo good! The Bonus was my favorite and I definitely see more of Gabriel and Gracie. 3 short stories that will leave you wanting so much more!!
I couldn't finish the first story, the guy was really too obnoxious and I didn't care for him. The second story was about Grace and Gabriel Ferrara and was actually not bad The last story might be the one I liked most
His Christmas List 2022 (Kindle Edition) by T L Swan
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars (overall package)
- The Christmas Angel - The Bonus - Alaskan Jack
The Christmas Angel 3.75⭐
You meet the cute Zoe with her car tire needing assistance and then the strong beefy, gorgeous policeman comes to her rescue. Dylan is gorgeous with his beautiful eyes, strong body and delicious all over. This was a meet-cute story where they liked each other instantly but were a bit shy to act straight away. When they come together it's electric, steamy and meant to be. A few heartfelt moments were sweet and just as I was starting to form a connection with them and it was over. Needed more, wanted more, but overall cute.
The Bonus 5⭐
Gracie; is stunning in every day. Gutsy, loves NYC but wants a home in the country. Wants a family one day but is too busy daydreaming over her incredibly HOT boss. Adores her early catchups with Gabriel before the office opens up, to only be his go-getter all day long wishing that Gabriel will notice her in THAT WAY. Gabriel is HOT AS HELL, with his dark curly hair, sculpted body, abs for miles, large hands, wears the heck out of the suit and a total arsehole. Of course, he smells absolutely divine and is totally drool-worthy, bloody hell these Ferrara men. Was hooked from the first page, and loved their connection, their banter, the fighting, the business and the OH MY GAWD spice. Ends in a cliffhanger, leaving you wanting SO MUCH MORE!!! I can't wait for their full book.
Alaskan Jack 5⭐
Holly; stunning, workaholic, Gabrielle Ferrara's assistant flying to Alaska to finalise a deal. Misses her flight, has the worst day in history and finds herself in a bit of a predicament and Jack comes to her rescue. Jack; is gorgeous on the outside, and sweet despite his mountain man mannerisms on the inside. Lonely, has a sad past and is at the right place at the right time to help Holly. Together they are magic and deserving of each other. Loved their story and wanted so much more!
4/5 ⭐️ This had 3 little Christmas novellas in one. I loved the majority of TL Swan’s books so I was really excited for this! I really enjoyed the last two novellas in this anthology so I’m not too mad that I didn’t love the first one😝.
- The Christmas Angel was a DNF for me. I just couldn’t get into their romance. I found it very cheesy and only made it to 10 pages before I decided to move onto the next novella.
- The Bonus 5/5 ⭐️ This was my most anticipated read out of all 3. Gabriel was an asshole in the very best way lol 😆. I liked how in love Grace was with him. I can’t wait for their full book which I heard comes out in 2023! 🤞🏼I just know it’s going to be super angsty!
- Alaskan Jack 4/5 ⭐️ I was going to read this last year but never got around to it so I’m glad she brought it back in this anthology. This was definitely a sweet one! Jack and Holly were so cute together. I also loved the ending ❤️
Thank you Tee, for giving me so much to look forward to next year. This is more than a Christmas Gift to your readers … this is just a taste of what is to come in 2023. Best thing by far I have read in 2022. I adored the Christmas treats but the true Christmas Guft was Gabriel and Gracie You are truely the Gift that keeps on giving 🎄🎄❤️
I love love love love this!!!!!!!! I want more please. TL Swan is honestly my favorite author. I can't get enough of her books. I'm so happy with this Christmas surprise. I need more Dylan, I'm in love. 😍
His Christmas List was unfortunately not what I was expecting. It is made up of 3 different short Christmas novellas that were quite disappointing to be honest.
The Christmas Angel was okay. It was very insta-love and quite ridiculous at times but the spice was fun. I will say though, the flow of the story was very jumpy and scenes were changed too abruptly. I also didn’t really like the hero and the conflict was pretty dumb but the ending was okay. (Rating: ⭐️ 1.5)
The Bonus was unfortunately the novella I disliked the most. While, I usually love an a-hole hero, the hero in this story was completely not it. His behavior, actions and words were just too immature and I honestly don’t feel like he has any redeemable qualities. The heroine was also a complete pushover and allowed the hero to completely f**k her over. I also was not expecting this to end on a major cliffhanger, I thought this was going to be a fun and lighthearted novella which it was not. So this novella is more of a prequel to a full book that’s not even out yet. (Rating: ⭐️ 0)
Alaskan Jack was okay but nothing too special to be honest. Quite unrealistic but still an amusing read. It was very insta-love as well. Probably my favorite novella in this book. (Rating: ⭐️ 1.75)
Overall, I think this might be my last book from this author.
T.L. Swan and her gift of giving not one, but three Christmassy stories!
The author decided to add to her last year's Christmas novella, Alaskan Jack with two new stories, one of which is going to be extended into a full-length novel.
The Christmas Angel 🚓
This started as something I would much enjoy but after a little while I got a slight ick from the hero and his behaviour. I love a good asshole in books but not with this kind of behaviour. So this one was very meh for me.
2 stars ✨
The Bonus 💵
Now this one, this one intrigued me. Gabriel Ferrara is an enigma as we know him from T.L. Swan's other works. As I mentioned, this is more to that kind of asshole I enjoy but I'm not % in love with Gabriel. I did enjoy the story so much, love too much, honestly. There was some slightly weird pacing, but it overall kept me enthralled. As I said in my notes: can't wait for more, but needs some slight polishing.
3 stars ✨
Alaskan Jack 🌲
A wholesome novella about a car crash rescue from a burly Alaskan lumberjack. The steam in this one was surprisingly good when considering the length of the story. It had a nice, satisfying ending to a warm feel-good story, but not too deep.
Lelli and I are on a quest for Christmas stories, and this was nice! I didn’t have a lot of expectations, but I thought the Christmas spirit or theme would have a bigger presence than it had.
The first story, The Christmas Angel, was cute and a bit spicy. I liked the playfulness between Zoe and Dylan. This was sweet, and the angst at the end brought the MCs together and I kinda liked that. I do like the angst, so bring it on! This ended happily, and on a sweet note.
The second story, The Bonus, brought in the pining and unrequited love. My heart was hurting for Grace throughout this story. Not only because she was in love with someone who didn’t see her in that way, but because Gabriel (her boss) was selfish, arrogant and simply an asshole. I did not like him. At all. Grace deserved so much better. This also ends on a cliffhanger.
The third and final story, Alaskan Jack, was my favorite of the three stories. I loved this! This was so heartwarming and romantic, so tender and sweet. Jack was absolutely a sweetheart and a gentleman. Holly was adorable and witty. I loved how they bonded and connected with each other. This was so wholesome, and it warmed my heart so much how this ended.
T.L. Swan brings us three short stories all under the cover of His Christmas List 2022. Each story is full of everything we always expect when we read a story written by Tee.
The first story is The Christmas Angel – A flat tire, an Officer Dylan and Zoe. The chemistry is there now all Zoe has to do is give over to it. Can what might be a Christmas miracle be the right thing for both?
The second story is The Bonus – Grace Porter is Gabriel Ferrara’s personal assistant. She has had a crush on him for years, is there a chance that these two might just make it work or are they destined to never make this love thing work?
The third story is Alaskan Jack – Holly job is being the head of Acquisitions for Ferrara Media. She has a very important meeting in Alaska, when missing a plane and trying to drive from Fairbanks to Anchorage has Holly ending up off the road an very big, handsome Alaskan named Jack rescues her and Holly is exceedingly happy he found her. Will Holly has to get back to her reality will she be able to leave Alaska and Jack behind?
Three stories, five chapters each…it’s easy to read this book while you add a bit of heat and spice to your afternoon!
I absolutely love the holiday novellas that TL Swan writes! The first one between Zoe and Dylan was so perfect and super spicy! I loved their playful back and forth and I was so worried we wouldn’t get a HEA but thankfully she didn’t leave us hanging! I really wish this couple was a full book! I adored them so much and wanted to know about them both.
Gabriel and Grace’s story was super frustrating and boy did I want to throttle Gabriel so bad. He is a grown toddler with his tantrums and then he would flip so quick to being so terrible to her. It was heartbreaking even though I couldn’t stop hoping they would figure it out. Thank god there was a TBC at the end!
I first read Alaskan Jack last year when this was first released and I still love them as much as I did then. It was fun to reread and catch some Gabriel connections in there too! This is another couple that I wish I had more of!
This anthology just didn't do it for me. I don't love novellas that aren't about established characters or set in an established world, so I didn't have the highest hopes going in.
The first story (I don't even remember the name) felt all over the place. I would rate it maybe a 2. I didn't love either of the main characters - mostly because we didn't get to know them.
The second story - The Bonus - was ok. Gabriel has popped up in previous series so I had an idea for what I was in for. I was hoping to be surprised (like Tristan Miles or Spencer), but I wasn't. Same old stripper loving player. That said, maybe I will read his full length book in hopes he does a 180 (and quickly). I would rate it a 3.
I read the 3rd story last year - Alaskan Jack - and wasn't in the mood to read it again.
TL Swan.... You never cease to amaze me! But TBC really 😂😂 Now I need more!!!!!! Novella's are never enough, especially yours, I read Alaskan Jack last year and absolutely loved Him and Holly, and I enjoyed reading it again, but I definitely need more. And this time, you added 2 more stories Zoe and Dylan and Gabriel and Gracie..... Loved both stories, but Gabriel Ferarra yes please now I really do need his book. With these books, they always pull you in, and you lose yourself in the words, Absolutely written perfection that always leaves me wanting more. Thank you, Tee, yet another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ read. 😘😘😘
The Christmas Angel - This one was maybe a 3.5 stars for me. Felt a little lack-luster for T L Swan, but it was still cute and enjoyable. Their first hook up is amazing and hilarious.
The Bonus - 5 stars. Soooo good. Can't wait for what I assume is a full book coming out. I wanted to throw my kindle across the room with the ending, but still loved it!
Alaskan Jack - 5 stars. I read this one last year as well. Did a quick re-read this year too. It's super sweet, adorable but still spicy. The perfect combo for a Christmas novella.
TL Swan can do no wrong in my eyes. She is who got me back into reading romance books back in 2020. I’ve read every single book she has ever written and I will continue to read every book that she writes. She is the QUEEN of contemporary romance.
These 3 short stories were each so perfect in their own way. I devoured them in one sitting. I hope that one day each of the stories get a full book, that would be amazing. I know that the Bonus will definitely become a full novel, because that’s Gabriel Ferrara and that man definitely has a story that needs to be told.
This has three short stories into one novella book. The Christmas Angel; The Bonus; and Alaskan Jack. The Christmas Angel was ok. The Bonus appears to end in a cliffhanger, so I’m hoping TL is in the works of a book for Gracie and Gabriel!!! I mean the ending says TBC. So that better stand for “to be continued.” I would love to read more of Holly and Jack in Alaskan Jack. I love how that story interconnected with The Bonus in that Holly’s boss is Gabriel. This is a great quick novella to read with three fun and spicy stories!
These were so fun. I think my favorite was Alaskan Jack with his grumbly exteriors and ooey gooey insides. The Bo us was my next favorite and I can’t wait for more for those two. I liked Christmas Angel but it wasn’t the best at the same time.
The Christmas angel: Dylan and Zoe 🖤 3.5/5 The bonus: grace and Gabriel 😍 I can’t wait for more of this one. 5/5 Alaskan Jack: Jack and Holly were so cute. 5/5
Stars: 4.5 POV:multiple HEA?: some book 2 no Cheating: no Cliffhanger?: no, yes, no Tropes: novella, holiday
This book was a Perfect book to get me in the holiday spirit! The first one was amazing with a cop as the male character, love that! Need more of Dylan for sure! Then that man Gabriel *fans self* yeah that’s pretty much what I felt with him and to leave us on a TBC. Lovely woman you are Tee. The last one made me cry but it made me feel things and the heartbreak scene. Yeah ya gotta read that.
All these men are broken like all of Tee’s men in their special way!
1. The Christmas Angel -This was just ok. I was kinda disappointed actually. I know its a novella but it just seemed a little rushed, especially the ending.
2. The Bonus - Gabriel and Grace were off the charts awesome! Loved this story and can't wait for more.
3. Alaskan Jack - read this when released last year. Loved this short story. Hopefully we will get more of Jack and Hollys story down the track. Romance, chemistry and sizzle, what more could you ask for?
