Believe in Me by Jessica Inclan is a quick, sweet romance.

Believe is certainly not my typical read. The novel reads a lot like a contemporary romance with sweet moments in a Paris parfumerie, baguettes and candlelight, and suspicious goings-on next door.

Felix and Sayblee have magical talents, however, and a mission to take down an evil magician. Harry Potter for adults? The magic system here was a little vague and unbounded for me. These magicians can literally conjure anything they could wish

Táto bola asi najslabšia z celej série. Myslím, že jednotka bola čo sa týka príbehu asi najkvalitnejšie spracovaná.

Felix Valasay, a Croyant Sorcier, lives a playboy life. The youngest of three brothers who has yet to open himself up to love. He is less than thrilled when he is interupted during one of his hook ups to go on an important mission.

Sayblee Safipour, a Croyant Sorciere, has always struggled with her magic of fire. Magic that she is ashamed of. Constantly teased by Felix when they were children. Fire that is even harder to control in Felix's presence. The Croyant council insists that she is the one

My only regret after completing Believe In Me, the third volume in the Believe series by Jessica Barksdale Inclan, is that it is only a trilogy. I want to read more about Les Croyant des Trois, humans who can use magic. This volume is about Sayblee Safipour and Felix, the youngest Valasay brother. Sayblee and Felix are sent undercover to Paris by Adalbert Baird to live as Moyenne, humans without magic. Quain Dalzeil is moving his followers around the 7th Arrondissement in the Rive Gauche and Ada ...more

I won this book from Jessica Inclan from goodreads, and I was so impressed. She sent it to me herself along with another book and I thought that was very nice. This was the first book I have read that she has written but, I really enjoyed her style of story telling. It was very interesting and kept you wanting more throughout the entire book. This was the third book in the series so I feel like I would have enjoyed it a little more if I had read the other two books first but, that being said I w ...more

I received Being with Him, as a contest giveaway. The author sent this title along with another I was looking to read something a little different and this struck my eye. Believe in Me is a true romance book with the added elmenet of magic and I enjoyed reading something different. The one downfall is this is the last installment of a trilogy. I really felt like I was missing some information because I read the last book first. I was unsure of the purpose behind ongoing conflicts and the relatio ...more

I'd love to read this, but I cant get through the second book. Im stuck like 10 pages in, anything distracting me after just a few moments. I really like the idea of this book and i dont want to cheat and read this without reading the second. ahh well. the main draw of the first was it was set in san francisco, which i adore unconditionally. I kept trying to figure out if i had been to the places mentioned in the book.

Really interesting story, and I loved the interaction between Sayblee and Felix - the two main characters. It was a little hard to follow with the different foreign names and objects (but I didn't make it easy on myself by reading the books out of order, either!).

I liked how it was a different kind of fantasy story - sorcery, moving through matter/time, harnessing power. Not your typical fantasy romance, and the ending was entertaining, but a little predictable ;o)

When I first began this book I expected a beach-read type of romance novel. While it definitely has some (strong) aspects of this, I found that I got so caught up in the plot that I couldn't put down the book because I wanted to know what was going to happen next. It's an attention-grabbing story with several unexpected plot twists that kept me interested and invested in the characters. It left me happy and satisfied with its conclusion.

Even though this was the third book in the series, I found this to be a really great title. I had not read the first two books in the series, so I was a little concerned about reading this one first, but I didn't have any problems with picking up the story. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a romance with a supernatural twist.
I won another of Ms. Inclan's books from goodreads, and she also sent this one along in the package. This was the first one I've read in this series, and I feel like I was missing a bit of the backstory.

That said, I did enjoy it. The story was enthralling and action-packed, and it definitely made me want to go back and read the previous books.

Thanks for sending it to me!

I think I'm going to have to read the first books in this series to finally "get" everything going on. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like coming in at the end of a I will reread this in the order it was meant to be read. I liked the premise and the characters, so I will say my curiosity was totally engaged :D

Not my typical read but it was a gift and at the time I was out of books to read. A little hard to follow at certain times throughout the book but I did enjoy it. I was disappointed when I found out, at least half way through the book, that it was a trilogy. It did not make a difference, the story line was still complete and worth a read.

I had not read the previous books, but this book contains enough references that it could be read alone. Totally different from the first book I read from this authot (which was her latest book), but I will go back and read more.

This was my favorite of the 3 books in this series. The story of Fleix and Sayblee was like how you want true life to be. This story just goes to show how you should never say never.

Loved the twist and turns. What a fun read.
Táto posledná kniha sa mi z tejto séria páčila najviacej. Nechýbalo v nej napätie, romantika ani humor. Proste super na dlhé zimné večery :)

I thought I'd love this...the bad-boy younger brother's book...had a hard time getting into it. Might give it a second chance...
