Found this while browsing in a mostly French language book store on the Rue St. Denis in Plateau Montreal. It was in English so I picked it up to look at it. I ended up buying it because it looked interesting and a good way to read about Montreal history in a fun accessible way.
I wanted to like this and the stories were interesting, but the writing was very disjointed and I had trouble following. I only read the first two stories and don't anticipate finishing this.
