Good basic book. Very helpful as a reference. Wish it came with a video! My ability to ask simple questions and give simple replies was improved.

easy to read/learn from. Great book for beginning sign language.
We're using it to teach ez some signs which he picks up really fast and it makes communicating much easier as sometimes he can't remeber the words for things or make his mouth do the right sounds yet. But he gets the biggest smile on his face when we understand his hand signs. Then you can say the word to him and often he'll repeat it.

My ex-husband and I use signed English with my stepdaughter. She used signed English, although she also knows ASL and a number of other sign languages.
