This is a brilliantly clear and wise book about Tai Chi and the workings of mind and body in general. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is that, after reading it, it seems utterly impossible to learn how to do even this simplified Tai Chi from a book. There are too many moves and the words are inadequate to describing how you need to stand and move in enough detail. No fault to Ramel Rones, who seems like a Tai Chi genius. You just need to get him in person, I'm afraid.
