This is possibly the only novel/short story of this author that I didn't really enjoy. I found it not only uninteresting but unfulfilling as well. Even though it's a short story, I couldn't feel a connection with the characters, or between them. Not unusual, considering the situation they find themselves, but it was all a little rushed.
Last read in 2013. One of my all time favorite highlander books and one that I pull out from time to time to re-read.
