There were maybe one or two stories here I liked, and the poetry wasn't bad. Overall though I did get really tired of the white superiority that seemed to thread through it. Lots of dated language and ideas. Not a winner for me at all.
I really enjoyed reading this book, and I will probably read it again, but that's mostly because William Henry Rhodes was my great-great-great-grandfather.
