The bulk of the book addresses the topic of emotional overeating, so I didn't get as much out of it at first because, though that is a problem, it is not my primary problem. But there were enough others tips and helpful perspectives to make this book a worthwhile read nonetheless. I especially apprecitaed the section on thoughts, different kind of guilt and what is good and bad about each, and the section on dealing with setbacks.
