Ok, I'm not going to lie, I edited this book so I'm biased. My book company, Happy Tails Books, published breed-specific compilations of stories about rescued dogs. The purpose of the books is to entertain, and to raise awareness of, and money for, dog rescue groups.

What a wonderful book!! Story after story of wonderful dogs and their trials and adjustments into new families. This is a book of very short stories about adopted Boston Terriers. I am a member of the Boston Terrier Rescue of North Carolina and I have fostered/adopted before. Several of the stories were written by fellow BTRNC members.

Some of the stories made me angry and sad at the same time. How people can treat animals with such cruelty saddens me. I'm sure they would treat humans the same way or worse if they could get away with it. The people who take in these dogs are the good people.

Love to read successful rescue stories. The writing is simple & basic. Just nice to know so many people care about the dogs.
