Great everyday recipes.

Wonderful to give to your kids when they branch out on their own. And great for all sorts of "Aussie" basics, including dishes brought in by migrants from everywhere.

The influence of this book which transformed Australian eating in the 1960s cannot be overestimated. Remarkable book for its (what we'd call now) multi-cultural authenticity in the face of White Australia. Lately it's been revised, but it scarcely needs it.
