It's a really interesting history and one I knew nothing about. I wish more of the art discussed was included though.

As an artist I was expecting more art work and less printed word.

This was a rather political book and not at all what I expected.

In my opinion, the art did not reflect lesbianism: as art; as feminine; as attractive; rather as hard; cold; angry; political; & aggressive.

The graphics were, for the most part, small, difficult to see, and black & white.

Art is Love. and Love Is Life. I believe that lesbian and gay artists should be more noticed by people. They are just like us, give or take a couple of things lol
