This book was recommended under Self Help, by Amazon awhile back and I just so happened to come across it at a free book store, so I'd figure that I'd give it a try. First the book is relatively very short, which was at first a little weird, because I thought that this either going to be filled with very little advice or simply only the advice needed. The book somehow fell exactly inbetween, giving out common sense advice at times, what some might find ridiculous at times, and shameless plugs for the authors website at most other times. After reading about ensuring that your dating a social life aren't completely overlooked during your time of growth in other aspects of your life, I am taking more time to read more books about friendships and relationships; my main focus over the last few years have been towards travel, entrepreneurship, and spiritual growth. But balance, also requires that the connection with others is as healthy as the one that you have with yourself. As a 30 yr. old man who's been single for a few years, it has come to my attention that I've changed from a twenty yr old man and the things that I seek and require in women has changed. This book doesn't really tell you what to seek in a mate, but rather how to get one, so I guess that it's a good companion to a book, more focused on the latter. I would recommend it, because it's a very short and easy read, and something of use may be found.
