Lots of information in this book. I had no idea there were that many people on board to fly the Hindenburg. Or that it made so many flights before it's fatal end. Once again the illustrations are top notch.

Unfortunately, I don't think the book captures the terror of the Hindenburg as it came down in flames, or what this meant for the future of all zeppelins to come.

It's still one of the better ones in this series.

This disaster could have been much, much worse. The Hindenburg was lucky to have many successful flights before its demise.

If they knew the Hindenburg wouldn't last, would they still put the swastika on it?
