I was hoping this book would be how to interact with your riding instructor in order to make the lesson more productive. It wasn't that book. This book is mainly for beginner riders, but it was good to brush up on some basics.

Pretty good book with some useful information. It also has some exercises at the end to help strengthen your body for riding. Each chapter covers step by steps ways to canter, trot, etc with clear instructions.

This book definitely helped me clarify some points between riding lessons. I go back to it periodically if I have questions.
