who knew that chemicals are to blame for so many of our modern ills? I devoured this book, read it to my husband, and want to live more organically. My poor children will never see another Oreo again! Just kidding, it really is about noticing the chemicals we clean with, put on our skin and breathe. As a health-guru it was very interesting to me to know what specific chemicals do and how they are made and why they are added to our products. I do think many of our health problems are due to non-organic living. This book is an excellent guide as to where to start.

This covered a lot more than what I was looking for. I was mainly looking for info on cleaning and food but this also includes info on this like fashion and furniture.
