My poor children will never see another Oreo again! Just kidding, it really is about noticing the chemicals we clean with, put on our skin and breathe. As a health-guru it was very interesting to me to know what specific chemicals do and how they are made and why they are added to our products. I do think many of our health problems are due to non-organic living. This book is an excellent guide as to where to start.
