I love Sturbridge Village. And old New England cooking. And autumn. And food. Therefore, I love this book.
It only loses a star because there are so many tasty-looking things that I can't eat. If/when I start eating meat again, I will definitely be cooking up some of this stuff.

Wonderful book
A wonderful collection of recipes from the 1800's and how we still use those recipes today.
A great addition to my cookbook collection.
