Just re-read for a third time as a reminder of why I need to stay off the gluten! Easy to read.

I read this book for a continuing eduction course on celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. This book had the possibility of being great as it references a lot of research that has been done in this area. There are numerous interesting facts included in this book and the interaction between gluten and many health problems is facinating. However, the book is poorly organized, poorly written and highly repetitive, making it a difficult, frustrating and overall annoying read. In addition, the book comes across as an advertisement for the doctors' clinic. I appreciate their outlook, but would prefer a more objective discussion.
