These "riddles" are more like jokes. They're super cheesy, but I think kids would like that.

Though Kait likes the big red dog and his girl, these riddles are weird and neither one of us was a fan.

Clifford the big red dog makes up silly and funny hard-to-guess riddles. Example: What is black and with and red all over? Clifford dressed up as a zebra.

I love this book "Clifford's Riddles" because children get to imagin and answer about guessing question through story. This book shows that children can help creative thinking through this story. Also, clifford was giant dog, but he was cute in the story like a cute small puppy. This book can approch to children easily through the character, Clifford. I think children love to read this story.

Extension: After I read the "Clifford's Riddles" to children, I give the quiz in this story as review. Also, I teach five new words with picture, then I give quiz as review. Therefore, children can get new words easily in classroom.

This book is great to introduce riddles and abstract thinking to young students. The riddles in this book would be very entertaining to children.
