i havent looked through the cookbook portion but the housekeep portion has limitless invaluable information regarding health and self care that i believe EVERYONE EVER needs to read!!!!!!!!!!one major illusion brought during the 20th century was that we knew nothing of health in the 19th century but the truth is we knew more then than we do now
