This author is lucky I didn't rate it a 0 star if I could.
Barb Schwarz - the self-titled 'Inventor of Staging' (in case you didn't know she invented staging (allegedly), she will inform you 4 times in one page, and I think over 30 times (before I ignored her) uses this book as a advertisement for her company and her alleged school where she teaches staging. She states that this book is good for sellers, stagers, and real estate agents alike, which is absolutely bogus. She tosses minor tidbits here and there, but none are of any real value to a seller. This book is disorganized, and she repeats her points in 3 different ways (every time).

The pictures are poor - and for a book that is supposed to be about staging from the 'Inventor of Staging', you'd think that she'd have a better visual resume - especially since this is an advertisement method for her.

The only useful information I received from this book was to create a file with all my accomplishments, and examples. it's really too bad she didn't take her own advise and actually SHOW us her achievements.
