This book...this book finally helped me realize who I am and why. I had no idea before and thought I was a truly terrible, flawed person. This changed my life more than any book I’ve ever read. I felt liberated and joyous.

I didn't get much out of this than the other books on introversion I've read, but it's not the book's fault I've devoured so much on the topic. This is a good overview on the topic of introversion--I especially liked the specific tips and hints for how to manage your energy stores and get through things like parties.
