I stumbled onto this book and got into it for two reasons: 1. Curiosity, 2. It was a free download (sorry Ryan James). The book contains good discussions on how the mind stores and remembers information. It contains many suggestive techniques and overall I found the methods to be sound; although some methods are quite different from my previous explorations in this area and, in my estimation, are much too complicated to follow. This is not meant as a knock on the book. It is my own brain, which has been roaming this planet for 78 years that does not function the way it used to, nor does it retain information as in the past. Given practice and time, I am sure, it will improve ones mental functions.
I will give this book a strong 4 star rating.....I just don't remember why....

Interesting information but...

Could have been written and edited better.
Also the topic is a little decieving. It teaches you tricks to memorize things you want to memorize, which is good, but doesn't really help with working memory training.
