Victor Titus is a man in control of all aspects of his life, both business and personal. He takes what he wants and damns the consequences. And what he wants the most is Tanya Garcia, the petite yet feisty office manager of his company.
A night of passion three months ago convinced him she's his perfect match, but Tanya's scared of the feelings his dominant nature evokes. The idea of giving up control to someone else has her running scared. The last thing she needs in her life is “The Iceman” telling her what to do.
Tired of her constantly retreating from him, Victor proposes a plan to have Tanya as his submissive for one week. Tanya agrees and figures on using the time to get him out of her system and then move on, but Victor's sure he can prove he's the dominant she’s been needing his whole life.
Liz Andrews is a critically acclaimed, multi-published author who enjoys writing erotic romance almost as much as she enjoys reading it. Fire and Ice by Liz Andrews Erotic Contemporary-April 21, 2009 4 Stars
The main characters in Fire and Ice are Victor Titus and Tanya Garcia. Both powerful people in the workplace but outside of it their relationship is decidedly shaky. Tanya works for Victor as his office manager for his company but due to a night of passion together 6 months ago Victor is convinced Tanya is the one for him but she’s running scared from the feelings his dominant nature evokes in her. Rather than chasing after her Victor proposed a deal with Tanya. She become his submissive for one week and while Tanya hopes this will get Victor out of her system Victor hopes to ultimately prove he’s her perfect match. Victor is a great alpha male who is well educated and I think every woman would like to have a little Victor in their man. Tanya has grace and poise and smarts but fear grips her harder than her need for Victor. This was a great read of human nature with characters that are interesting but also have their own flaws.
Liz Andrews guides the reader through the complex relationship between Victor and Tanya and the reader is better off for it. The reader learns during Tanya's growth and Victor's maturity how to handle new situations and even a few office politics. Victor and Tanya's relationship is respectful of each other and so is Liz Andrew's relationship with the reader while she highlights the budding relationship between these two characters expertly.
In Fire and Ice Liz Andrews introduces the reader to the delicate dance of romance in erotica and she does an excellent job of handling the adult erotica format expertly and I know I look forward to her next book with a lot of anticipation.

Not my cup of tea. BDSM with Dominant calling submissive "slut" and such during sex scene. Story started out nicely but lost my interest soon after - characters just weren't as compelling as presented in first chapter.
