This story was really cute but I've read better children's books by Max Lucado before and this one wasn't as good as the others. I liked the idea that the child could hear the angel and as he got older and became more a part of the world and worldly things he started not hearing it and forgot about it completely until his young son asked if he could hear the angel. The underline meaning of that is really important for both adults and children so I really liked that aspect of it. I think kids wil ...more

This book is about a boy whose angel treetopper sings to him. He grows old and cant hear it but his son can. It is a religious version of the Polar Express only not interesting.
