loaded with theory (which i mean, is the point) and although a tad convoluted n heavy with information at times, i feel that this brings on to the learning process. covers all the main theories very nicely and has summaries at the end of each part of the chapters which make you keep on track with what youve learnt so far. helped a lot with my upcoming midterm for theories of european integration.

Super interesting and insightful. So complicated and hard to read, but full of gems from different approaches. You can read this and then look like an EU expert because it is full of interesting information no one knows about. My favourite chapters were Critical Political Economy and Gender. Reality is complicated, and you have the power to change wrong or unfair complicate systems.

Some chapters are more illuminating than others (which is to be expected in an edited volume); excellent overall.

I liked this textbook very much. It offered me everything I/student wanted to read- nice dedication, clear list of contents, great and informative articles (Diez, Schimmelfennig, and Jachtenfuchs guarantee of quality), personal and witty chapter (thanks, Mr. Schmitter) and very nice bibliography and guide to further reading.
