The title of the book almost sounds like a new-age philosophy of life. Browsing through any chapter of this book reveals quite the opposite. It is solid counsel based on the Bible.

While it seems rather redundant at times, it is worth the read. I especially liked the last section which consists of the last 4 chapters of the book. They are very practical and could stand alone as a guide to someone in need of direction. This last secton provides good wisdom for Christians to heed as they journey through this life of faith.

E ainda.... É prático para a vida. Recomendo a leitura do início ao fim. Se parar nos primeiros capítulos, pode ter uma ideia errada do que é a vida aob controle.
