My knowledge of Kundalini is limited, and this book offered a great foundation and explanation of what Kundalini is. It's a short and simple book, very easy to read. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't call it profound or anything. I definitely recommend reading it though. It offers a lot of insights on Kundalini that I feel like a lot of new age people don't know. For example, the book talks about how it's not possible to have a complete Kundalini awakening without the assistance of a Guru who is a master. A lot of interesting stuff. I'd definitely check it out.

Short yet powerful, full of gems. I recommend to read this book slowly. Meditate on some of the information you learn to let it seep in.
