I started to read this book without much expectations as I thought it is just another funda book.. But the 4 types of netwrokers is simplified and beutifully explained . Good self introspectory read also. I do not know why this is not based for development centers as the thoery of amiable networkers esp, when compared to other types is standing out. I recommend reading this book and useage by HR
