This is a book we use all the time. If you understand that we are our children's first primary care physicians, you will get your money's worth if you buy this book. It lists homeopathic, herbal, and acupressure techniques to help with minor ailments. We don't only use it for our daughter. We use it for ourselves as well. :-)
