Introduction to Personality types is breezy and aimed toward office types. Easy to understand, but the depth is not too impressive. To his credit, Dobson stresses that his version of the test is not clinically tested (and does have an extensive "For further reading section and comparitive charts to other similar methods), but the book is only 100 pages long and about 25% are available to take notes. This is more like a powerpoint presentation than a book. Still useful information, but needs more detail.
