Nathasha Beaulieu's follow-up to "L'Ange Écarlate" is one of those rare sequels that's as good as the first book: it manages this feat because it takes the world she established in the first installment of her trilogy, but leaves the old main characters behind to focus on what had been the supporting cast and by bringing us inside the "Inner Cities" the series is named after.

Shelves: fantasy, québecois
Intéressant... J'ai aimé la fin mais au début se fut pénible car je ne me souvenais absolument plus du premier. Par contre, c'est revenu avec le temps. Les 200 dernières pages sont excellentes. On y apprends plein de chose. J'entame le troisième tome afin de connaître le dénouement de cette trilogie assez obscur.
