Great book for female runners

This is a good all around introduction to running for women with some helpful information, but it didn't answer all of my questions or go into much detail about any one subject. I definitely found it interesting to read a British perspective though.

Don't tell anyone but I'm read this and *whispers* I'm not even a woman!
It's my wife's book and I read it for tips on gait and injury prevention. It's a bit basic. If you're a new runner you'll enjoy it but if you're looking for something more intensive and detailed, you'll need another book.

A Scottish angel gave me this book just prior to me stress fracturing my foot. A good primer that is geared toward people who run because they love to run, and not because they like to compete.

Duidelijke uitleg.
