Wow. Won this in an auction yesterday and read it today.

LOVED the way the recipes were formatted. I have many cookbooks, and enjoy reading recipes, and I found this one put together very nicely. The recipes were concise, clear, and cleanly presented. Below them were variations, recommendations for using leftovers, and informative health notes on key ingredients.

Beyond that, I learned much about food from both a scientific/health standpoint and a Biblical standpoint. Great forwards and appendices.

Highly recommend.

God put this one in my hands at just the right time, as I was trying to put some recipes like this together for myself.

Good recipes using easy-to-find ingredients. Easy to read. It's a good start towards a more in depth study.
