Everyone has skeletons in the closet. Mine are just a bit… crazier, than most.

I’ve spent most of my adult life keeping a low profile and flying under the radar. Because my past is better off staying in the past.

Now I’m living my best life in Alexandria with my three besties. We have a new place, new jobs, and for once I’m feeling optimistic where life has taken me.

When I save a sassy older omega from a creeper at a bar, she thanks me by setting me up on a blind date. Though she left out the part about it being with five men. And all it takes is one amazing date to question my usual stance on keeping everyone but my besties at arm’s length.

Of course, just as things seem like they could be perfect, my past comes crashing back in. Now I find myself in a world of mafia men, drugs, and the cult that just won’t let me go.

Can my new pack and I find a way to lay those skeletons to rest? Or will I be forced to be the omega my parents always wanted me to be?

This is a mmmfmm contemporary omegaverse series of standalones. The characters are all adults and there will be mentions of alcohol, drug use, and some violence.

So.
Loved this.
I wish it was a tiny bit longer, so we’d get more time with the whole pack together, officially.
I also wish we got more on page about the ‘switching’ that happened with the twins…
But, still.
The plot was fun and dangerous and still light enough to give us time with the pack.
The sex was hot as hell and kinky in some places in just the right ways.
The characters were all likable.
The banter and teasing and humor was much appreciated. I loved it.

I just had a good time with these characters, and I can’t wait to see how the rest of the besties get their packs.

This was a great start to a series, I truly loved how she met every single male of her harem. This is a definite laid back read, easy to zone into and just relax. Great Palate Cleanser and I’m excited to read the other girls books!
I hope that Eliza’s book is next!

This story is very eventful for Hazel and that too in a very short span of time. Hazel moves to a new city with her friends and has a dark past which eventually catches up with the present and sets all the actions into motion. The guys here are brooding and handsome, they have their own traits but when brought together- they all fit perfectly. It’s all omega, beta, and alpha story with so much caring, sweetness, and spiciness.

Every character contributes to the story and makes the experience enjoyable. Hazel is a strong omega with set beliefs but is terrified when the past catches up the good thing she does is being honest with everyone. I liked her and her passion for living life in the present. The writing is smooth and the story flows perfectly paced. There are moments when you’ll smile and there are ones where you’ll feel sad and angry. All and all it’s enjoyable.

I think I was in love with this book after 5%-10% into and it’s so refreshing going back into omegaverse but kinda mafia related 👀👀

We have our awesome girl Hazel & her besties Eliza, Teagan & Sienna moving into a new city.

Then Hazel starts her new job & meets her very attractive boss Sutton. And he also has his own pack which are Massimo & Zaven. And we also meet the twins which are Emiliano & Alessandro 👀👀

I’ll just say this book put me in a whirlwind & I need the second book asap 😭💗💗💗

I’d been kind of avoiding this omegaverse. It didn’t feel like my thing. But it kept coming up so I finally caved. It was pretty good. A lot of unlikeliness but not enough that I couldn’t get over it. Nothing that stood out as great, but I enjoyed it and want to read more of the series.

What do you get when you have four omega besties, add in the mafia, an MC, alcohol, weed, and a cult? Absolute chaos. Sure the plot was primarily relationship-based, friends and lovers, but there were some exciting moments as well. I've heard of Jarica James and Suki Williams but this is the first time that I've read anything by the dynamic duo and it was awesome. I freaking loved Secrets and Stoners.


This multi-perspective story centers on Hazel as she finds the guys that she can't help but falling for no matter how hard she tries not to. Hazel is an omega whose childhood was far from idyllic, sure now that she's older she's found the love and support in her three besties Eliza, Teagan, and Sienna but she still has anxiety and a whole slew of issues stemming from it but she tries. Hazel is spunky with a goth vibe but she's not dark, she's vibrant. She's actually happy and is enjoying life but refuses to connect to any guy until she couldn't resist.


For the guys it was instant attraction and almost love at first sight, Hazel is the one who needs convincing. First dates at a sex shop, some piercing happens, expensive restaurants, and a little violence all make for an exciting time. The guys are great, Zaven is the quiet caretaker who is enthusiastic and observant, Sutton is the laid-back alpha who takes charge in the bedroom, and Maximo is all alpha all the time, with that big D energy. Then there's the twins, Alessandro and Emiliano, good gods, y'all. The twins are super close and incredibly in sync. They are intense AF with everything they do plus there is a certain irresistible dark energy that they carry 24/7. All the guys are dangerous in their own way and absolutely in love with Hazel.


I'm surprised by the laws for omega in this book, they are more protected having the omegas be the ones to okay the relationships. Sure there were some jerks but when are there not? But it allows omegas more freedom, enabling Hazel and her besties to move in together. I love their friendship, the girls are more like family caring and harassing each other, enjoying the wins, and living life while being super supportive of each other. Then there is Valentina, an older omega who I'm pretty sure everyone wishes they could be that cool. She has to be one of my favorite side characters ever, she is a trip and a half, love her.


Secrets and Stoners was a fantastic start to the Omega Besties series. I love these characters, and I'm pretty sure the series will continue with Hazel's besties finding their own packs, I already have a good idea about who may be next and I'm already excited about it, I just hope that the girls and their guys continue to be a part of everyone's story. Even if they're not I'm in.

Secrets and Stoners by Jarica James and Suki Williams is a fun and exciting modern mafia omegaverse story.  Hazel and her besties are new to Alexandria. Hazel is on the run.  As her 18th birthday approached, she escaped the cult her family was part of.  The cult felt the only purpose for omegas was to make their alphas happy, but Hazel wanted more for herself. Outside the cult, omegas fought hard for rights that protected them from being used and abused.  However, due to her upbringing, she doesn't do relationships, primarily when she may have run if the cult discovers her whereabouts.  When she saves an older powerful omega from a creep at a bar, they become fast friends. Hazel enjoys the mischief her new friend brings with her.   When Hazel's new friend sets her up on a date, she is surprised when the attractive driver notifies her that he, along with four other men, are her dates. An even greater surprise is that she knows all the men from different places.  After a fun evening with some of the hottest men she has ever seen, will she call it quits or give them a chance?

   I loved this story from start to finish.  Hazel, the main character, is a force to be reckoned with, not a typical omega.  I love how the omegas in this book are treated and given control in the relationships as opposed to the alphas.  This is an instant love-type story. Hazel has spent so much of her life hiding from her family and protecting herself and her friends, but deep down, she wants things to work out; she wants to let people in.  There are plenty of secrets in this story, and nothing is simple.  

   I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.  This is a fast-paced fast-burn insta love omegaverse that will have you needing a fan to cool down.  The steamy scenes have a sensual feel, and there is quite a bit of exploration, making this quite a spicy read.   The men will do whatever it takes to have Hazel and protect her.  The men in her life and her omega besties are the families she never had but always craved.  There is a lot of action in this story.  If you have triggers, please check the content warning, as a lot of stuff happens in this book, and not all of it is good.  If you love omegaverse stories with super hot alpha mates and a found family, this story is perfect!

Stoners and Secrets - Heavy on the stoners, lighter on the secrets. This book is awesome, but I may just be saying that because I'm a very big stoner, and I'm also an omega trapped in a normal human body. It was nice to read a book where they were open stoners and NOT going to get in trouble for it. It's allowed now in most places, and we should celebrate that.

SnS is about our omega Hazel and a a group of 5 Alphas consisting of Zaven, Sutton, Massimo, Emiliano and Alessandro. Sutton and Massimo are Aalphas, while Zaven, Emiliano and Alessandro are all beta. Hazel loves them all the same. Zaven, Sutton, and Massimo are in an established "pack", while Emiliano and Alessandro are twins and Massimo's younger brothers. They don't join the pack until after Hazel enters the picture.

Hazel moves to a new city with her 3 omega best friends, when she meets a fantastic older woman and saves her from a handsy drunk in a bar, and as a thank you from the woman, gets set up on a blind date with the five men, not knowing that she has already had interactions and has been attracted to these men already. But she has a secret, which keeps her from doing second dates, or relationships. But it doesn't stop the group from trying to convince her she'd be a perfect addition to the pack, especially with all of their undeniable chemistry. Which makes for a spicey, fun read. I'm sad that we didn't get to see more of some things. Like certain twin betas that "switch" just for her, but it's a fade to black scene sort of deal.

This is a very low angst omegaverse, there are secrets that come out, but they are dealt with quickly, as all sweet verse omega books do. I also fell in love with Aunt V. She was not your typical old, need to get married and have babies before i die type of aunt, she was younger and so much trouble. She was perfect.

Highly.. hahaha... recommend this book. It's the perfect light, omegaverse book, full of Hot men and weed.

First standalone book in what looks like it may become and interconnected character series...?

Hazel is new to Alexandria. She’s moved to town with her besties. She doesn’t do relationships, never does more than a one night stand, but when she finds herself on a blind date with not one but FIVE extremely alluring men, she embraces the evening and has a lot of fun. But the next day, she starts to recall why she moved from her last town and how her past can easily sneak up on her, which causes her to back off from the guys for their own safety. Well the guys aren’t having any of that… they’re determined to have Hazel as their omega one way or the other. They will figure out her secrets and do whatever is necessary to keep her safe.

This was a quick read for me. I’ve read Suki’s books before, but this was a first from Jarica for me. I enjoyed the relationships between all the characters. Most of the time with omegaverses there is already some type of relationship formed and the omega ends up joining. That’s no different here. Maximo, Sutton and Zaven have been together several years prior to meeting Hazel. These spicy scenes 🥵.. especially that first MMM scene… wow. Then add a omega in heat for an extended amount of time and you bet you’ve got some killer smut going on here 😈 I love the twins Emiliano and Alessandro! They were super fun and flirty, but also knew how to be serious and ruthless when called for. The ending was a bit meh for me. I felt like it all ended a bit too quickly and the ‘villains’ got off a bit too easy. But they were taken down nonetheless and our girl gets her HEA with her pack of men! I enjoyed the supporting characters and I’m interested to see if we will get a story for Eliza with Loki’s pack. 🤭

Who doesn't love a great group of friends in books?! To be honest, a lot of times books like these are lacking in the best friend department so I was so happy that Hazel had a solid friendship already built at the beginning of her story. These are her ride and die girls. Nothing could shatter their bonds, not even the secrets that they keep hidden. I have to say that this group of friends is something that I very much am interested in following along with. So far we've had the mafia and I'm hoping for some romance and pack bonds revolving around burlesque shows, motorcycle gangs, and rockstar as this series continues with the other girls' stories.

I think one of my favorite things about this book is that Hazel strayed from the norm, in her style, her attitude, and her outlook on omega life. Once you know her past you can clearly see why she doesn't really allow herself to succumb to omega wiles and doesn't go chasing down any alphas for more than just a one night stand. Second dates are a no go. Don't get me wrong, I love omegaverse books where the fmc loves to nest, scent mark, and hopes for a pack to fulfill her life, but Hazel's blunt and take charge mentality was a breath of fresh air. I absolutely adored her character.

I really enjoyed the guys' characters as well--the twins were great! Something you don't see too often in RH omegaverse is an overabundance of betas within a pack, so I was surprised to see the number of betas outnumber the amount of alphas in this book. But to me, this seemed to give it a more balanced feel than so much overpowering alpha energy and growling overprotectiveness. They were still protective, but it wasn't to an overwhelming point. I had more laughs than anything with this group. Very excited to see Suki and Jarica keep going with this series so we can see more of these characters.

I absolutely devoured this story! There is spice, secrets, witty banter, twists, and whole lot of sexy men! I have read quite a few Omegaverse’s and this one is definitely unique! I loved that the Omega came with more Alpha energy. She was outspoken, independent, and she likes things done her way. Omegas make the rules and I loved that! The fact that she was still ready to go rounds during her heat and the guys were basically ready to tap out should tell you all you need to know about her. A Queen! 😂👑

Without giving too much away, Hazel our FMC, has recently moved to a new town with a group of friends and gets set up on a date where she meets the guys. The attraction happens fast but she’s been through a lot and is coming with some baggage and secrets she doesn’t want the guys to be involved in. Lucky for her, they could care less that she is trying to avoid them to keep them safe 😏

Overall, this was a great read! It was funnier than I thought it was going to be and I loved the guys and the different personalities they all had! I was especially fond of the twins 😏 The spice was delicious and there is some scenes, especially when it’s just the guys that had me blushing profusely 🥵🥵🔥

This is a stand-alone but I’m hoping some of her friends will get their own books in the future! The banter and relationships were everything!!! 😍🙌

absolutely incredible!

This was such an interesting story to read! The perfect blend of light hearted fun with a touch of darkness to make your heart race! Paired with some impeccable spice and wonderfully attractive, possessive heroes! Definitely a new favorite!

I adore Hazel and her non traditional Omega vibe. She has such a horrible past but still manages to be such a confident, fun loving person! And her besties! It’s like a badass, omegaverse version of the bond from the sisterhood of the traveling pants and I am so here for it!

The men! Oh the men! The TWINS! I admit I’m a sucker for twins in why choose romances, and Emiliano & Alessandro definitely do not disappoint! I adore the tattoo artist aspect for Emiliano- giving him the artistic touch that the group needs! And not really learning what Alessandro’s actual job is until closer to the end of the story? It was great!

Zaven was so soft and caring! He rounded out their pack so well! I kind of wish we’d gotten to learn more about his history though, especially given how similar his story seemed to be to Hazels. Like a bonding moment between the two could have been epic. Maximo and Sutton were well balanced and growly alphas! The whole group was swoon worthy!

The plot was *chefs kiss*! From Aunt V setting them all up, to the actual plot line involving Hazel’s past I was hooked from page one!

I look forward to reading about the rest of the besties!

Hazel and her best friends move to the city to find themselves and what a great of group of women they are - fierce, confident and fun! They are enjoying their lives and find themselves in this Omegaverse. It has an interesting Omega rules with them being able to decide who matches with them but some want the old ways back and want the Omegas to only have one purpose to serve the Alphas. Hazel is running from these people and we find out her back story as we get involved with story. She meets Aunt V who decides that Hazel is perfect for her nephews and their friends, one problem Hazel doesn't do more than one night stands or so she thinks. The men, oh the men are super and hot and and and...they are everything you could want (5 of them including twins) and they want Hazel so much. The steam is oh so hot (it does include MMM so if that is not your thing you might not like this book). The bad guys are essential but also peripheral to the story and it was a good way to focus on the relationship but also help everyone come together to save Hazel from her past.

Valentina is probably the best side character I have read in awhile, she is so so cool! And I can't wait for the rest of the besties stories.

OMG this book by Jarica and Suki was freaking fantastic and amazing. It was an omega-verse mafia world with a crazy cult blasting its presence from the past. The characters were absolutely perfect the authors did an amazing job pairing all of them up to form the perfect pack.

When Hazel saves an omega woman she repays her by setting her up on a blind date. A date with not one but five freaking hot men. Super close and intense Twins Emiliano and Alessandro, sweet observant Beta Zaven, chill Alpha Maximo, and Alpha all the time Sutton find them instantly attracted and head over heels for Hazel. The chemistry and connection they feel for her is off the charts and she feels it too but because of her past she questions it and tries to fight it. Hazel’s three best friends are her rocks in her life even once the guys are in the picture, she would be an absolute mess without Eliza, Teagan and Sienna.

Their story was emotional and raw and left you feeling instantly satisfied. It was definitely an insta love type book with a bit of danger, some violence and lots of steam. I am really looking forward to getting more of her friends stories. Highly recommended series!!

This Omega-verse was something totally different from what I have read. I loved it. It gave me laid back vibes with some action and spice! There were moments that had me laughing my a$$ off too. I'm going to jump the gun on this review and get straight to the part that I just can't wait to tell you!!! Valentina is fudgen amazing! I love that lady and if I could, I would make her my bff!! Valentina is Bae! She and Hazel made this book much more interesting with just there personalities. It was a slow burn but the more pages you read, the more you get hooked and get that spice! It seems like we might get more from this universe since little bombs were dropped throughout the book regarding Hazel's friends. That would be epic af and if we got a book about Valentina....I would be in heaven.
The men in this book are a mixture of Alphas and Betas. The way that they take care of each other and how they take care of Hazel, is like a girls dream. Well at least it's mine lol. Hazel is one lucky Omega that's for sure! I can't wait to read more about her friends if books are in play. I really enjoyed this baby and can't wait for it to get to my house so I can place it on my shelf. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did!

Let’s start this off by saying - this was such a fun omegaverse to read! It was a mix of a dark and sweet romance - with plot twists I didn’t expect, spicy moments, strong friendships, and so much more.

Hazel(our FMC) has moved to a new town with her three best friends in order to escape her past. When exploring the area she meets a sassy older omega(who I absolutely adore).. and she decided to set Hazel up on a date.
Surprise surprise this is a date with not one, not three, but five men!!

These men were such a mix of personalities, yet all the same! They are part of the Mafia.. and we soon find out that this is actually a good thing for Hazel. With her past quickly catching up to her, quick decisions are made in order to keep her safe.
I loved watching what happened after this decisions.. because ohhh I’m obsessed
how it went down. In the middle of Hazel’s heat 😏

Watching Hazel regain a little of herself back was so worth it.. watching the men who tried to strip her of her free will - they deserved what they got.
However, I feel like it’s not over yet.. The Humble Creed needs to be stopped.

I can’t wait to see which omega bestie is up next in this interconnected series!

I absolutely loved this omegaverse. There’s a lot that plays into this story, and it all works together. The characters, the world and the story were perfect!

Hazel is an absolute treasure. She’s a strong, independent omega, who doesn’t do relationships, the only exceptions to this are her besties. They are such a close group of friends, I absolutely loved seeing their friendship.

After moving to a new town, she meets an older omega who sets up her up with a blind date with 5 men. Even though she had a great time, she doesn’t want to start anything so she steps back from them. The strong willed men won’t have anything to do with that, and eventually get her to open up.

All while this is happening, Hazel is on the run from her past and is trying to make sure it doesn’t catch up to her. After the men build her trust, they aren’t scared of her past and do everything they can to protect her.

This book was filled with humor, love, laughter, suspense, and of course spice. I loved every second of it!

I absolutely loved this book!! Hazel and her besties are everything chaotic and fun. They are her ride or die and prove that over and over in this book.

After a move to a new city with her besties, Hazel is ready for a fresh start. With a new job at a weed dispensary, things are looking up. When she agrees to a blind date she never expected it to be with 5 gorgeous men. As Hazel struggles with letting them in and remembering why she needed a fresh start to begin with, the guys won’t let her get away so easily.

I loved Hazel and her personality. It was blunt and to the point. I love the relationships grown between Hazel and her men. The men….🔥🔥🔥. Maximo, Sutton, & Zaven are scorching and I liked that they had their own relationship. Now the twins 🥵 Emiliano and Alessandro are as flirty as they are ruthless. Once Hazel was added into the mix the pack came together effortlessly.

If you love omegaverse, then you’ll need to get you hands on this one. It has all my favorite elements: mafia, MC, alphas, betas, suspense, multiple POVs, and just an overall fantastic storyline. Can’t wait for the next of Hazel’s besties to fall.

Good book in set in the Omegaverse. It was a totally different take from anything I have read in that genre, so I was really interested in the trip it would take me on (no pun intended). Hazel was defintely someone I am not really used to in an omegaverse, she is brash, she is rude, she owns it, and her life, and she is perfectly happy thank you very much. The men were very diverse with their behavior and generally how they acted, which is great, you know, variety is the spice of life. The authors did a great job with the world building, and making sure that the characters developed with the story. There are twists and turns, and of course a cliffy because, that's how authors roll now a days, they like to leave us hanging, so they can torture us a bit more. All in all good read, would recommend to anyone that wants something different for their omegaverse for sure, it's also told in multiple pov.

Oh my god I absolutely loved this book and these character's so much. I just love anything omega and their alphas. What a world it'd be if you could find your forever mate by scent alone lol. This is Book 1 in The Omega Besties and after reading it I cannot wait to read the next in the series.
Hazel has moved to a new city with her 3 besties Teagan, Sienna and Eliza trying to escape her past looking for a fresh start. While out looking for a job she comes across this older Omega in a bar who looks like she might need saving and ends up friending her, and convinces Hazel to go out on a date with her nephew Maximo only to find out it's also with his pack Zavon, Sutton the sexy twins Alessandro and Emilano.
She knows they're perfect for her, but she doesn't do the second date. They set out to convince her that they want her in their pact she wants to give in, but with her past, can she dare to give in?
That's all I'm saying you just need to read it and enjoy.

Oh em geee!!! I had been stuck in a book rut and Hazel’s shenanigans and sassiness pulled me right out of it. I will admit, for a second there, I was jealous of Zaven because…. reasons 🥵🫦😩 and the twins 🤭🔥🤤. Suki and Jarica knows what I’m a sucker for and they deliver every time. I love that Hazel had her group of ride-or-die besties and we got to take a small peak into their personalities. I also enjoyed seeing the chemistry grow between Hazel and the guys; while it wasn’t insta-love, it was insta-attraction (more believable). This is the first book in a series of standalones by Williams and James. These two are no strangers to writing together and it definitely shows. It would be hard to pick where one ended and the other began. They have found magic with this group of friends and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the stories brings us. In this first one, we meet Hazel. Hazel is not what she appears to be and most certainly has her secrets. The authors were able to balance out the steam of the story with the plot and make a sweeter story no less mesmerizing than a grittier read. Hazel is not your typical omega and there is nothing typical about her men either. We get to know the besties as well and don’t have to wait for their books to meet them. I enjoyed that aspect because it makes me want to read their books when they come out. Looking forward to see what happens next in this world.

I was loving this one and I might come back to it and read the ending someday. But I just can’t get over what they did during her heat, it was SUCH a violation, and in several ways. It came out of left field for me, because until that point they had been very respectful of her choices. And it was BS that they ‘had to do it for her protection’. They’re mafia, and they couldn’t think of some other way to protect her? (Also, they kept saying what they did was legal but it was under duress, so…that is a straight up lie.) Her reaction to what they did once her heat was done didn’t seem genuine to her character either. And that’s disappointing, because Hazel was one of my favorite MCs in a long time. So I’m very, very disheartened right now and need to find a feel-good book ASAP. Read with caution.

I usually have an issue with these types of FMCs because their mouthy, crass, bold personalities get confused for being strong, but in this case I wasn’t too mad about it.
She’s less a “bad*ss” and more of a survivor if that makes sense. She does have her own strengths in that fearless personality so it balanced out for me.
Some of her actions and dialogue made me cringe because it came off as immature, but she’s without a doubt a fun character.
I wish we got more background on some of the men because I found them interesting, but the others just seemed to exist and didn’t really add anything to the group other than being another body.
For the most part, it was an easy fun read and it kept my attention.

Enjoyed the book, but the impact play and St. Andrew's cross scene at the start of the book seemed out of place. I wonder if this is bc of the cowriting? It was there bc the pack beta needed that outlet for his anxiety, but then it never comes up again during the whole group dynamics. Implied pegging, wish it had actually been on page, but also seemed like a forgotten moment from the twins' shopping trip and then her friends both buying her a very similar item.

Overall though I did enjoy the book and the start of the series. I wish it had been a little longer, to explore more about Zaven's past, Hazel's past and more insight into the mafia business side with them putting their biggest client out of business.

I really enjoyed this book

It kept me on the edge of my seat. I would have liked it to be longer so we could have really delved into each personal relationship and backstory between our FMC and each guy. Everything was fast paced and vague, which for a reader can be frustrating because we need the full story. Also, I wish we got more of an epilogue not the rushed few pages that was really just a hurry up the end kinda feel. My biggest pet peeve in a book is the rushed ending where it feels like there are loose ends and that the author got lazy and just abandoned the story with and abrupt ending. And this book was so good it deserved better. I loved the supporting cast and family in this book. The found family is one of my favorite storylines. I just wanted more from it.

I am a sucker for a great omega book and this one hooked me from the beginning.

This takes on a much lighter role than I was anticipating with talks of cults and mafia's, but it just seemed to fit into a world full of omega's, alpha's and beta's.

I loved that the women weren't forced into anything and they got to choose who to love, it made the story have a sweet element that I wasn't expecting going into this. Most omega books take away their rights and force mates, but this is completely different.

The steam is intense and hot and will have you reaching for some help. however the connections are so prevalent and important that it makes the scenes that much better.

I cannot wait to read more books in this series and really sink my teeth in.

Mega

I’ll admit I’m still new to this omegaverse thingy. I’m also on the fence with massive harems. However, I think I’m gaining some headway (ha head) on this. I’m a huge fan of SW and JJs work. But there’s usually at least one thing that drives me crazy in each book. This one is no exception. However props, ladies, for consistency. 😂

Having said that, that doesn’t mean I don’t recommend reading their books. I’m just a picky stubborn reader and I like things the way I like things. If I only read books with everything exactly the way I liked/wanted it to be, I’d never be able to read lol.

While this particular genre isn’t my passion, it’s a good book. A good book with hot men. And that right there is enough reason to read it.

it was really good and got me out of my yearrr long slump !! but there was so many times i got second hand embarrassment 😭 some of the dialogue/ inner monologue /description cringed me out but that’s minor issues. The pacing was a lil quick. There was a decent amount of chemistry but it would have been nice if there was a bit of slow burn between the fmc and mmc’s in the beginning. There was good amount of descriptive smut , which included

A new and different contemporary omegaverse comes our way. The FMC and her group of besties have just moved to a new town. And are slowly acclimating. Our FMC in this book is Hazel, she’s guarded and independent. With good reason. Your girl has secrets. But soon meets five guys who show her what it’s like to be a taken care of omega. Oh and it makes for some super funny moments because our girl likes the MJ and made brownies which her friends partake in one night. The guys are sexy and sweet. Just an all around good combination. One of them also happens to be her new boss. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next installment with another one her of her friends.
