This guide is the book both parents and teens can turn to for meatless meal ideas the whole family can enjoy, whether they are all vegetarians or not. These recipes are for dishes that kids like to eat and cook themselves: enchiladas, pizza, quick and yeasted breads, soups and salads for any season, delicious desserts, and party foods. The easiest recipes are marked for novice cooks and cooking hints and safety tips are included.

It's a fine cook book but most of the recipes are already vegetarian like French toast, biscuits, Spanish rice, ect. I wouldn't purchase again.

Best soda bread recipe ever! Changed it slightly to fit our family's taste, but a great just as it is, too. That's the nice thing about these recipies, though. They're very easy and can be adapted easily as well. Lots of fun!
