This book is based off the movie Rugrats Go Wild. This storybook is good but it is 'choppy' in places if you have watched the movie. If you haven't watched the movie you may still feel it's choppy in places but not as much as if you had seen the movie. I read it outloud to my non reading children. But if you have an older child that likes to read or even one that does't like to read but your finding things to get them involved with reading this maybe the book for you. It has the Rugrats and the Wild Thornberry's in it. Out in the jungle and ocean combined. So quite a bit of things going on within the story to help keep the attention of the reader.

This book is probably leaning toward a reading level 4. Another Rugrats book to enjoy. Angelica, Island Princess is one of four tie-in books based on the movie Rugrats Go Wild featuring the Wild Thornberrys. This one is all about Angelica and her part in the movie. Which is nice because Angelica is not the main character often.
