This book has helped me through my divorce which had triggered ptsd from when I was a child. I never did understand some of the careless choices I made in my teens and twenties because I had always been a good student, played sports, never was in trouble with the law, etc. Once I divorced my world really crumbled and I knew that I had to take the time to learn about not only why I was so depressed but how to deal with the problems without being dependant on medication. If I had not done so I would probably be dependant on alcohol and/or drugs. I call this my second bible, it saved my life from spinning out of control and continues to empower me to deal with issues that come up in my life and allows me to work on relationships that I value. If you can relate on any of these points then pick up the book for some real AH HA moments!

All of us have challenges we face with other people, events, and within ourselves. Your Mind opens up an abundance of scenarios, revelations, questions, and tasks for taking a person to the best version of themselves. I believe there is something for everyone in this book. Turning pain into success is a welcomed release and a far more effective way to use one's energy.

Excellent

This book covers every aspect of self healing and change. It gives examples, and solutions. It also gives you questions to ask yourself to help you with the issues you may have .

Just as time does not heal all wounds, these facts are not a panacea..You need to work on your emotions following the The root of feelings. Focus on your self knowing your self.. this is the beginning..

I want to commend the authors of this book. It is so good. I am still in the phase of self-discovery and healing. This book gave me a good amount of understanding as to how emotions behave and most importantly how to act properly when one finds himself falling over drawbacks. It helped me through self-healing and coping with changes. My journey on every chapter was very remarkable and fulfilling.
