the story is told in a series of letters form Mary Magdalene to someone named Phillip. It is a fictional account of Mary's life - so sad & so happy. It tells of her horrible life - that is until she meets a very special person named Jesus and her life turns around. The letters revolve around five symbols on a pendant & each of the 5 letters from Mary to Philip explain the five symbols. Its a story of heartbreak, fear, lave & mostly forgiveness. A short book, but a must-read for anyone looking for a sign that Jesus will forgive, regardless of what you have done in the past.

In this season of lent, this book gives a beautiful accounting of Mary Magdalene and how she came to follow Jesus through His teaching, His crucifixtion, His resurection and ascension. This book gives a voice to one of the most controversial women of the Bible!

This book gives a different perspective of Jesus' teaching. It leads your imagination down a path of how Jesus touched the everyday person. The narrative aspect gives you a more human vision of Jesus through fictitious conversations.
