Used for Food Storytime. What animals like to snack on!

I am not happy with the aging on this book...says for 2 1/2 year old and up, but had some difficult words for a self reader (my youngest) who was trying to read it for herself, but she did very well with most of the words and enjoyed it.

A little rhyming tale about what various animals eat. I'm a bit surprised that even in 1999 the illustrator had within a tipped over garbage can, recyclables like glass bottles and soda cans. (It's a picture that goes with the fact a goat will eat about anything, in this case a grapefruit rind.
