Featuring selected cartoons from “You’re Weird, Sir!, vol 1”, this 1984 Coronet edition contains strips published during 1983 and it’s another wonderful read. With most of the gang getting something to do (though, curiously, very little Lucy and Shroeder) this has several stand-out moments and highlights for me included Lucy doling out criticism, the beagle bridge (“it gets lonely…”), Woodstock ‘poofing’ a dandelion that fights back, Snoopy eating Sally’s homework, Woodstock trying to be an eagl ...more

Charles Monroe Schulz was an American cartoonist, whose comic strip Peanuts proved one of the most popular and influential in the history of the medium, and is still widely reprinted on a daily basis.
