I totally enjoyed this book and have added a copy of this book to my research library. This book takes the reader on a physical journey, at the readers pace to see the structures and learn the hidden history regarding the home and the occupants inside.
This book is a valuable addition to the library of anyone who loves Galveston. The layout of the book allows the reader to pick it up at any chapter and walk a specified route with a designated start and end and learn more about the area contained within. I definitely learned a lot more about the city through this book and the reason for its layout.
