Great book. Benton does a good job covering all traits, personality characteristics and behavioral patterns a person will see from anyone who is high-functioning. Some areas give way to personal experience I believe but for the most part it's a great book for anyone who currently has or has had a HFA in their life. Would be a great reference book for Al-Anon members if it's not used in the program already.
