Good, a non biased introduction to spiritualities and different religions. A great reference. Not too indepth, but then if each section of it were as long winded as an entire wikipedia article for each religion/spiritual path covered it would be far too intense both as a read and too physically intense trying to get it off the shelf.
4 Stars for being so un biased (which is rare these days)not quite 5 for being lacking in history (which although in heavy doses would kill it, it could have done with just a little for explanation purposes).
